FEBRUARY 21, 2012 MEETING MINUTES

MEMBERS PRESENT

FINANCIAL REPORT

See attached Financial Report

Only outstanding debt is to Wayne for expenses incurred totaling $476.41

OLD BUSINESS

1. Wayne will try to get our Tax Exempt Corporation status set up using Legal Zoom at a cost of around $100-150.

2. We will consider moving the running target to a new location so that it does not block other lanes.

3. Still need to Gorilla Glue all the McKenzie targets together in order to strengthen them.

4. Investigate the possibility of having a Thursday Night shoot during the month of May.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Randy got E-Mail from Go-Daddy about the collincountybowhunters.com domain being auctioned off. Club agreed to spend as much as $200 to win the auction.

2. Club agreed to have serve beef brisket as we usually do at the ASA shoot at end of March to make serving a little easier. Wayne to get with Steve to see if we can use his Dad’s smoker again. Wayne will need help with finish-cooking the meat and packaging and freezing it in the next few weeks while we have no shoots going on.

3. Wayne agreed to buy 2 or 3 new five gallon water cans for the club to replace the ones that have worn out.

4. Wayne stated that he will install a new steel rack in club house 9in the next week or two to replace the broken down cabinets that are on the wall now. Hopefully this will make better use of the limited space we have.

5. Neal Kuznar agreed to purchase the Charter Membership that was given up by Mark Watts.

1. Wayne to try to set up our club as a Tax Exempt Non-Profit Corporation using the Legal Zoom on line service.

2. Consider when and where to move the running target so that it does not block needed shooting lanes and still provides a back stop for missed shots.

3. Gorilla Glue all the McKenzie targets together in order to strengthen them.

4. Get drive way repaired with crushed concrete as soon as we have the funds.

5. Decide whether or not to have a Thursday Night shoot or two in May of this year.

6. Randy to try to win auction of our .com domain name.

7. Wayne to contact Steve about using his Dad’s smoker again to smoke meat for the ASA shoot and the Invitational.

8. Wayne to buy 2 or 3 new five gallon water cans.

9. Wayne to install storage rack inside club house and remove old broken cabinets.
